Accounting

We use Yardi Professional Property Management for Windows. All accounting is centralized in our main office and all financial reports are periodically reviewed by a CPA.

Reporting for Regulatory Agencies

All required reporting by HUD, Rural Housing Services and other regulatory agencies is completed or reviewed by staff in the main office. All compliance reports are generated by the latest software technology.

Maintenance

Inventory of assets is maintained on an ongoing basis. We ensure that the value of the property's assets are sustained by a preventive maintenance program tailored to each property.

Leasing/Marketing

We comply with all marketing requirements set forth by regulatory agencies. We will develop a marketing strategy to fit your property.

Training & Technology

All employees at N & H Enterprises are provided with training in areas that apply to their job descriptions. We train employees on governmental rules and regulations, computer software, Internet uses, etc. whenever necessary. With the technology available today, we can provide efficient property management services to our clients. We strive to stay abreast of ways we can incorporate present and future technology in our day-to-day operations.

Owner Relationships

We are available to meet with owners at their request to answer any questions, address any concerns, discuss capital improvements, etc. Financial reports are mailed to owners by the 15th of each month.
