In 1969, Harris and Nancy Davis formed N & H Enterprises, Inc., to be
a developer of residential subdivisions and a homebuilder. Over a period of
more than 30 years, the company has been involved in all facets of real estate.
Beginning in 1981, the company began managing affordable apartment communities
for the elderly in South Carolina. Since that time, our portfolio has grown
to include other types of affordable housing, conventional or market rate
multi-family properties and homeowners associations.
Presently, the company leaders of N & H Enterprises are Harris Davis,
CEO, and Taylor Davis, President. Harris is responsible for the overall direction
of the company and relationship building while Taylor supervises the day to
day operations.
At N & H Enterprises, we strongly believe in professional development
and continuing education. The company is a member of several trade organizations
devoted to providing its members with the latest information and changes taking
